What is move-in/move-out cleaning?
Our move-in, move-out cleaners in West Allis come to your new house, apartment, studio apartment or condo and make sure your new home is spotless before you move in. We also clean the home you’re moving out of—especially helpful for those trying to sell their house or condo.
Move-in, move-out cleaning services include cleaning cabinets, closets, woodwork, doors, light switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, carpets, floors and appliances.
What does office cleaning include?
Our professional cleaners offer business cleaning services weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasionally. We vacuum, dust and clean kitchens and bathrooms to keep your office looking professional. If you own or manage a small office, such as a dental or dermatology clinic or a small business in Southeast Wisconsin, schedule your office cleaning service today.
What is a Specialty Service?
Our specialty cleaning services include window cleaning, basements, garages, attics, newly built homes, foreclosures and move ins/outs for homes and offices near West Allis, Milwaukee and Waukesha, WI.
What is a “Top to Bottom Cleaning”?
This particular cleaning is often referred to as a “spring” or “deep” cleaning. In addition to using our regular cleaning system, we would also wash all wood work and doors and clean all light fixtures, ceiling fans and inside/out of all cabinets and closets. This cleaning is most often used in move ins/outs, newly built homes, foreclosures and 1-time cleanings.
How do you handle breakage or damage?
Any breakage or damage under our $250.00 insurance deductible will not be covered by T&M Cleaning Services Inc. or by our insurance company. Please visit our terms of service page for more information.
Why doesn’t T & M cover anything under their deductible?
In order to keep company rates more affordable we can’t cover anything under our deductible. For more information see our terms of service page.
What is the difference between a maid service and a home cleaning service?
Typically, maid service involves dish cleaning and laundry in addition to a cleaning. At T&M Cleaning Service we provide a complete comprehensive clean of your home, but we do not provide dish or laundry services.
What is a General Cleaning?
General Cleaning is a basic, thorough home or office cleaning every client receives when using our services. We’ve designed this cleaning system to maintain our regularly scheduled homes and offices at a very high level.
Our general cleaning services include dusting, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Customize your cleaning to meet the needs of your home or business.
Do you General Clean on weekends?
No, only some Specialty Services are offered on weekends.
