Dear Valued Customer,
As information about the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are committed to taking preventive measures to reduce the risk to our customers while providing the necessary cleaning services you depend on. To date, we have taken the following steps:
Our employees are proactively following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, including: Avoiding close contact with people who are sick. Washing their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always washing hands with soap or sanitizing before and after every home or office is cleaned. Avoiding touching their eyes, nose and mouth. Covering a cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing the tissue in the trash. If no tissue, sneezing or coughing into elbow, not hands. Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using our lysol disinfectant spray. We have emphasized the need for our employees to avoid close contact with large groups and anyone who appears sick. We have emphasized the right for employees to take the day off of work if they are experiencing any symptoms or if they have been around anyone sick. We are limiting visitors to our facility and have gloves and mask readily available to all our employees. We are having our employees striping the vehicle and disinfecting and sanitizing the entire interior of the vehicle every day. Please understand our main goal is to help in limiting the spread of COVID-19. While doing so, we are working to prevent any spread of germs by taking extra measures to disinfect all customers homes and offices. Any solution we use will include the use of disinfectant spray. We are happy to reschedule service appointments for customers who feel insecure about the current situation. Please keep in mind, we are an hourly company and our employees very much depend on their hours. As we've seen over the past few days, conditions with COVID-19 are rapidly changing. We want to help keep you safe and provide much needed cleaning services.
